Walk me through connecting eToro MCP, then run after the strategy, allocation, portfolio, and risk files are refreshed: verify that every output is current and complete, prioritize critical risks and account or connector problems, identify portfolio conflicts and high-confidence signals, and write a morning brief and action queue with the owner bot, source file, instrument, decision needed, urgency, and blocking checks.
